创建自定义主体，供生视频 / 生图通过 element_list 引用。视频角色主体含人声时自动定制音色并绑定。
任务状态：
submitted: 已提交processing: 处理中succeed: 成功failed: 失败
使用 TE 北京地域 API Key 鉴权。模型能力、调用约定见 Kling 接口概览。

element_video_list?video_refer 时必填：{refer_videos: [{video_url}]}；MP4/MOV，3～8s，16:9 或 9:16 的 1080P，≤ 200MB
element_voice_id?string绑定已有音色，仅视频角色主体
tag_list?array<>[{tag_id}]：o_101 热梗、o_102 人物、o_103 动物、o_104 道具、o_105 服饰、o_106 场景、o_107 特效、o_108 其他
